The benefits of our cooking oils and deep-frying fat

  • Our oils and fat comply with the recommendations made by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Ernährung (DGE – German Nutrition Society).
  • The deep-frying oil / fat remains heat-stable even at higher temperatures.
    We recommend that the deep-frying oil / fat be heated to an optimum temperature of approx. 170 - 180 °C.
  • With the exception of “Frittiergold” and palm fat, the oils are liquid and do not require melting.
  • No undesirable foam occurs on the oils and fat during heating.
  • Practically free of trans fatty acids (< 1%). All fats and oils are unhydrogenated.
  • All oils and fat are packaged to protect them against the light.
  • High proportion of unsaturated fatty acids.
  • Cholesterol-free and without genetic engineering.
    These oils and fats are produced from vegetable sources and so are cholesterol-free and free of genetically modified components as confirmed by our suppliers.
  • Controllable dispensing.
  • No need for storage in expensive refrigerated facilities.
