deep frozen

INGREDIENTS:
Potatoes 62 %, water, vegetable oil, wheat flour, almonds 5 %, potato starch, whey product, iodised salt, lactose, wheat gluten, yeast, spice extracts, yeast extract, spices.

PREPARATION:

	Place the frozen croquettes in pre-heated frying fat /oil (180 °C) and fry for approx. 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
	Pre-heat the combi-steamer to 190 °C. Cook the croquettes for approx. 13 -15 minutes until crispy. Turning once when they are almost done.

Do not refreeze after thawing!
