Pre-baked in vegetable oil, deep frozen.
INGREDIENTS
Potatoes 71 %, bacon 12% (pork, nitrite curing salt [salt, conserving agent: sodium nitrite, potasium nitrate], spices, dextrose, spice extracts, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate, smoke), vegetable oil, potato starch, iodised salt, dextrose, maize starch, sugar, yeast, onions, vegetable fat, celeriac, garlic, spices, herbs.
PREPARATION

Pre-heat the combi-steamer to 190 - 200 °C. Cook the frozen rosti for approx. 14 -17 minutes until crispy. Turning once when they are almost done.

Heat a little oil or fat in a frying pan. Place the
frozen rosti in the pan and fry for approx. 5 - 7 minutes on each side until golden brown (turn repeatedly).
Do not refreeze after thawing!
