INGREDIENTS
Potatoes 88 %, vegetable oil, potato starch, iodised salt, dextrose, maize starch, sugar, yeast, celeriac, flavour (contains lactose), vegetable fat, spices.
PREPARATION
Place the frozen rosti in pre-heated frying fat /oil
(170 - 180 °C) and fry for approx. 3 minutes until golden brown.
Tip: remove excess fat with kitchen roll.
Heat a little oil or fat in a frying pan. Place the
frozen rosti in the pan and fry for approx. 3 - 5 minutes until golden brown (turn repeatedly).
Pre-heat the combi-steamer to 190 - 200 °C. Cook the frozen rosti for approx. 12 minutes until crispy.
Turning once when they are almost done.
Do not refreeze after thawing!
