Pre-baked in vegetable oil.
Deep frozen.
INGREDIENTS
potatoes 64 %, vegetable oil, leek 8 %, spring onions, ham 5 %, pork, water, nitrite curing salt, salt, maltodextrin, spice extracts, dextrose, potato starch, bacon, spices, smoke, iodised salt, fried onions, wheat flour, garlic.
PREPARATION
Heat a little oil or fat in a frying pan. Place the
frozen rosti in the pan and fry for approx. 4 - 5 minutes on each side until golden brown (turn repeatedly).
Pre-heat the combi-steamer to 190 - 200°C. Cook the frozen rosti for approx. 13 -15 minutes until crispy.Turning once when they are almost done.
Place the frozen rosti in pre-heated frying fat /oil
(170 - 180° C) and fry for approx. 4- 5 minutes until golden brown.
Tip: remove excess fat with kitchen roll.
Do not refreeze after thawing!
