Not pre-baked, deep frozen.
INGREDIENTS
Potatoes 98 %, iodised salt, maize starch, sugar, vegetable fat, spices, dextrose, flavour (contains lactose).
PREPARATION

Heat a little oil or fat in a frying pan. Fry the frozen rosti in the frying pan on a low to medium heat for approx.
6 minutes until golden brown.

Place the frozen rösti in pre-heated frying fat /oil (170 °C) and fry for approx. 4 - 6 minutes until golden brown.
Note! Fill deep fryer with one layer at a time only.
Do not refreeze after thawing!
