Cooked corn grit in medallion form.
Deep frozen.
INGREDIENTS
water, semola of corn 25%, vegetable oil, potatoes, potato starch, milkprotein, iodised salt, spice.
PREPARATION
Heat up some margarine or vegetable fat in the frying pan. Fry the slightly thawed polenta medallions for approx. 6 - 8 minutes until crispy, carefully turning it occasionally.
Place the frozen polenta medallions equally on a perforated plate and steam for 8 - 10 minutes at 85 °C.
Place the frozen polenta medallions in pre-heated frying fat/oil (170 - 180 °C) and fry for approx. 4 - 6 minutes until golden brown.

Moisten the frozen polenta medallions with lots of water. Place on a plate suitable for use in the microwave and heat as follows:
* 3 pieces/750-800 W / approx. 3 min.
* 6 pieces/750-800 W / approx. 5 min.
* 9 pieces/750-800 W / approx. 8 min
Do not refreeze after thawing!
