Please observe the following rules for using this high-quality fat:
Do not heat 11er Frittiergold above the ideal temperature of 180°C. Excessive temperatures reduce the fat’s useful life. Temperatures that are too low are uneconomical.
The fried foods absorb too much fat and the deep-frying process takes too long. Please note that overfilled deep-frying baskets may result in the fat dangerously overflowing and reduce temperatures too quickly.
Always tap breaded fried food well dry. All particles that remain as residues in the deep fryer will reduce the fat’s useful life. Only use identical fats when topping up pans. Mixtures of different fats tend to develop excessive foam.
