Pre-baked in vegetable oil, deep frozen.
INGREDIENTS
Potatoes 88 %, vegetable oil, potato starch, iodised salt, lactose, dextrose, egg white, powdered whole egg, spices, spices extracts, yeast extracts, milk protein, maize starch, sugar, yeast, vegetable fat, celeriac.
PREPARATION

Pre-heat the combi-steamer to 190 - 200 °C. Cook the frozen croquettes for approx. 14 minutes until crispy. Turning once when they are almost done.
Place the frozen croquettes in pre-heated frying fat /oil (170 - 180° C) and fry for approx. 3 - 4 minutes until golden brown.
Do not refreeze after thawing!
