Pre-baked in vegetable oil.
Suitable for baking, deep frozen.
INGREDIENTS
potatoes 87 %, vegetable oil, wheat flour, salt, modified maize starch, corn flour, spices, yeast extract, dextrose, backing agent (diphosphates, sodium carbonate), spice extract.
PREPARATION
Place the frozen potato wedges in pre-heated frying fat/oil (180 °C) and fry for approx. 3 - 4 minutes until golden brown.
Tip: remove excess fat with kitchen roll.
Pre-heat the combi-steamer to 200 °C. Cook the frozen potato wedges for approx. 18 minutes until crispy.
Do not refreeze after thawing!
