Deep frozen.
INGREDIENTS
Water, hard wheat, semolina (semolina of durum wheat), eggs 14%, spring-wheat flour, iodised salt, spice extracts.
PREPARATION
Heat some butter in a pan, add the frozen pasta and leave for approx. 3 - 5 minutes. Toss several times.
Add frozen pasta to boiling salted water, bring water just to boiling point (do not let it boil) and let it simmer for approx. 3 -5 minutes.
Fill 1 kg frozen pasta into each perforated dish, add some butter (fat/oil) to the pasta and mix it well. Heat the combi - steamer for approx. 8 minutes (portion of 250 g about approx. 3 minutes).
Do not refreeze after thawing!
