dough 70%: wheat flour, water, eggs 16%, semolina of durum wheat, tomato powder, spinach powder.
filling 30%: pork 45%, bread-crumbs (wheat flour, yeast, salt), chees, raw ham (pork salt), vegetable fibre (wheat fibre), yeast extract, salt, flavours, garlic, spices.
PREPARATION
Add the frozen tortelloni to salted boiling water, cook for 1 minute, then lower the heat and cook gently for another 2 minutes and remove from water.
Do not refreeze after thawing!
