INGREDIENTS
Potatoes 71 %, vegetable oil, wheat flour, water, iodised salt, potato starch, yeast, sugar, malt flour, dextrose, whole milk powder, spice extracts, vegetable fat, yeast extract, spice.
PREPARATION
Place the frozen pommes williams in pre-heated frying fat /oil (175 - 180 °C) and fry for approx. 5 minutes until golden brown.
Note! Fill deep fryer with one layer at a time only.
Serving suggestion: Place a clove in the upper and lower ends of the pre-baked pommes williams.
Do not refreeze after thawing!
