deep frozen.
INGREDIENTS
Potatoes 56%, cranberry filling 12 % (cranberry, sugar, modified starch, gelling agent pectin, acidulation agent citric acid), wheat flour, vegetable oil, water, potato starch, iodised salt, wheat gluten, yeast, dextrose, whole milk powder, spice extracts, vegetable fat, maize starch, sugar, spices.
PREPARATION

Pre-heat the combi-steamer to 190 - 200 °C. Cook the frozen croquettes for approx. 8 -10 minutes until crispy. Turning once when they are almost done.
Place the frozen croquettes in pre-heated frying fat /oil (170 - 180 °C) and fry for approx. 2 - 3 minutes until golden brown

Do not refreeze after thawing!
