INGREDIENTS
potatoes 82 %, vegetable oil, water, potato starch, iodised salt, dextrose, whole milk powder, spice extracts, vegetable fat, yeast extract.
PREPARATION
Place the frozen pommes duchesse in pre-heated frying fat/oil (170 - 180 °C) and fry for approx. 4 minutes until golden brown.
Note! Fill deep fryer with one layer at a time only.
