INGREDIENTS
potatoes 84%, wheat flour, water, vegetable oil, iodised salt, butter 0,4%, potato starch, dextrose, egg white, powdered whole egg, yeast, sugar, malt flour, gluten, whole milk powder, spice extracts, vegetable fat, yeast extract, flavour, emulsifier E471.
PREPARATION
Place the frozen croquettes in pre-heated frying fat/oil (170-180°C) and fry for approx. 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
Note! Fill deep fryer with only one layer at a time only.
Do not refreeze after thawing!
