INGREDIENTS
potatoes 89 %, wheat flour, potato starch, vegetable oil, iodised salt, lactose, maize starch, yeast, seasoning, spices extracts, yeast extract, whole milk powder, dextrose, celeriac, onions, vegetable fat, sugar, malt flour.
PREPARATION
Place the frozen croquettes in pre-heated frying fat/oil (180 °C) and fry for 1 minute. Remove the basket and let the fat/oil heat up to 180 °C again. Place the basket back into the oil and fry for another 2 - 3 minutes until golden brown, shake repeatedly while frying.
Attention! The croquettes could fall apart at temperature below 160 °C.
Do not refreeze after thawing!
