Deep frozen.
INGREDIENTS
Potatoes 74%, cream cheese 19%, vegetable oil, potato starch, iodised salt, dextrose, herbs, spices.
PREPARATION
Place the frozen filled rosti in pre-heated frying fat/oil
(170 °C) and fry for approx. 8 minutes until golden brown. Note! Fill deep fryer with one layer at a time only.
Heat a little oil or fat in a frying pan. Fry the
frozen filled rosti in the frying pan on a low to medium heat for approx. 10 minutes until golden brown (turning repeatedly).
Our tip! To reduce preparation time and for an even better result, unthaw filled rosti in the microwave first: place 2 filled rosti on a plate and heat for 1 minute at
800 - 1000 W. For each additional filled rosti heat for another ½ minute.
Do not refreeze after thawing!
