INGREDIENTS
Potatoes, potato starch, vegetable fat, rice flour, iodised salt, spices, powdered whole egg, wheat flour, dextrose.
PREPARATION
Heat a little fat or oil in the pan. Place the frozen potato
pancakes in the pan and fry at medium heat for approx.
6 - 8 minutes until they are golden brown, turn over several times.
Preheat the combi-steamer to 190 °C. Place the
frozen potato pancakes on a baking tray (do not lay one upon the other) and bake for approx. 15 - 20 minutes. If you prepare the potato pancakes in an oven with circulating air, preparation time reduces by a minute.
Place the frozen potato pancakes in pre-heated frying fat /oil (175 °C) and fry for approx. 3 - 4 minutes until golden brown. Note! Fill deep fryer with one layer at a time only.
Tip: remove excess fat with kitchen roll.
We recommend preparation in the frying pan!
