Pre-baked in vegetable oil, deep frozen.
INGREDIENTS
Potatoes 88 %, vegetable oil, potato starch, iodised salt, dextrose, maltodextrine, onions, sugar, aroma.
PREPARATION
Heat a little oil or fat in a frying pan. Place the
frozen rosti in the pan and fry for approx. 4 - 5 minutes
on each side until golden brown.
Pre-heat the combi-steamer to 190 - 200 °C. Cook the frozen rosti for approx. 14 - 17 minutes until crispy.
Place the frozen rosti in pre-heated frying fat /oil
(170 - 180 °C) and fry for approx. 4 - 5 minutes until
golden brown. Tip: remove excess fat with kitchen roll.
Do not refreeze after thawing!
