Slightly pre-baked in vegetable oil.
Deep frozen.
INGREDIENTS
potatoes 85%, vegetable oil, potato starch, iodised salt, dextrose,spice.
PREPARATION
Place the frozen rosti leaves in pre-heated frying fat/oil (170-180 °C) and fry for approx. 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Tip: remove excess fat with kitchen roll.
Pre-heat the combi-steamer to 200 - 210 °C. Cook the frozen rosti leaves for approx. 12 - 15 minutes until crispy.
Heat a little oil or fat in a frying pan. Fry the frozen rosti leaves in the frying pan on a low to medium heat for approx. 4-6 minutes until golden brown.
Do not refreeze after thawing!
