Hash brown poatoes with rosemary, pre-baked in vegetable oil, deep frozen.
INGREDIENTS
potatoes 77 %, vegetable oil, potato starch, iodised salt, lactose, dextrose, spice extracts, yeast extract, sodium caseinate, dried rosemary 0,13 %, spices, vegetable fat.
PREPARATION

Pre-heat the combi-steamer to 190 °C. Cook the frozen rosti - wedges for approx. 12-14 minutes until crispy.
Place the frozen rosti-wedges in pre-heated frying fat/oil 170° and fry for approx. 4 minutes until golden brown. Tip: remove excess fat with kitchen roll.
Do not refreeze after thawing!
