INGREDIENTS
Potatoes 89 %, vegetable oil, potato starch, iodised salt, maize starch, sugar, yeast, celeriac, vegetable fat, milk protein, dextrose, egg white, spices, aroma (contains lactose).
PREPARATION

Pre-heat the combi-steamer to 190 - 200 °C. Cook the frozen rosti for approx. 15 -18 minutes until crispy.

Heat a little oil or fat in a frying pan. Place the
frozen rosti in the pan and fry for approx. 5 - 6 minutes until golden brown.
Do not refreeze after thawing!
