Not pre-backed, deep frozen.
INGREDIENTS
Potatoes 98 %, iodised salt, dextrose, lactose, aroma, flavour, maize starch, sugar, yeast, celeriac, vegetable fat, spices.
PREPARATION

Place the frozen rosti in pre-heated frying fat /oil
(170 - 180 °C) and fry for approx. 4 - 5 minutes until golden brown.
Note! Fill deep fryer with one layer at a time only.
Tip: remove excess fat with kitchen roll.

Heat a little oil or fat in a frying pan. Place the
frozen rosti in the pan and fry for approx. 10 minutes until golden brown (turn repeatedly).
Do not refreeze after thawing!
