11er Crispy Rosti, natural

Do you have a yen for the good old-fashioned potato cuisine of bygone days? Then go with your gut feeling and try our classic "Pure Crispy Rosti - just like home-made". Love and care and an especially gentle process together with the best ingredients create a rosti which could have been handmade. Tastes incomparably crispy and delicious.

 

Recommendation: Prepare the frozen product golden yellow according to the preparation instructions. Please do not brown the product too much. For smaller quantities reduce preparation time accordingly.

 

Do not refreeze after thawing!


Fan-assisted oven

Preheat oven to 180 °C. Evenly spread one layer of the frozen rosti onto a baking tray and bake for approx. 18 - 23 minutes until golden yellow.

Pan

Heat a little oil or fat in a frying pan (coated). Fry the frozen rosti over low to medium heat for approx. 3 minutes on each side until golden yellow. Our Tip: Remove excess fat with kitchen paper!

Oven

Preheat oven to 200 °C and bake approx. 20 - 25 minutes until golden yellow. Turn over halfway through. Our Tip: We recommend the use of baking paper!

Grill

11er rostis are ideal for grilling. Preparation must be adapted for individual grilling unit requirements.

Air fryer

Preheat to 200 °C. Bake the frozen rosti depending on the filling quantity and performance of the device for approx. 6 - 10 minutes until golden yellow. Gently shake deep fryer basket occasionally.
