11er Crispy Croquettes

Conical croquettes do not just have an aesthetic appearance but with their delicious taste they also brighten up the Sunday lunch. Filled with freshly prepared potato purée they receive their unique delicately crisp fluted coating. Enjoyment that will mesmerize you.
Recommendation: Prepare the frozen product golden yellow according to the preparation instructions. Please do not brown the product too much. For smaller quantities reduce preparation time accordingly.
Do not refreeze after thawing!
Fan-assisted oven
Preheat oven to 180°C . Evenly spread the frozen croquettes on a baking tray and bake for approx. 18 - 20 minutes until golden yellow.
Air fryer
Preheat air fryer to 200 °C . Bake the frozen croquettes depending on the capacity and performance of the device for approx. 6 - 13 minutes until golden yellow. Gently shake basket occasionally.
Oven
Preheat oven to 200 °C and bake for approx. 20 - 25 minutes until golden yellow. Turn over halfway through. Our Tip: We recommend the use of baking paper!
