11er Combi Fries
specifically for the combi-steamer, crinkle-cut 11/11 mm, prebaked in sunflower oil
Gorgeous golden-yellow French fries prepared in the combi-steamer completely without fat! As a result of their crinkle cut, 11er Combi Fries cut from whole potatoes are deliciously crispy. Fast and easy to prepare, 11er Combi Fries provide maximum quality and convenience and as such are ideal for system catering.
Combisteamer
Preheat the combi steamer to approx. 215 °C hot air. Evenly spread 1 kg of frozen French fries in a 1/1 basket and bake for 4 - 7 minutes until crispy. Evenly spread 5 kg of frozen French fries onto five 1/1 baskets and bake for 11 - 15 minutes until crispy. The ideal amount to fill a 1/1 basket is 1 kg. Towards the end of the baking time give the French fries in the basket a good shake. Each extra basket put into the combi-steamer lengthens the baking time by approx. 1- 2 minutes. Tip: It is recommended to insert a baking tray between the baskets to prevent vegetable oil from dripping into the baskets below. Caution! Ovens can be subject to fluctuations. For this reason our instructions should be seen as guidelines. Do not refreeze after thawing!
