11er Egg-Pasta Spätzle

Their gorgeous golden-yellow colour stimulates the appetite for a great dish. Our 11er Egg Pasta Spätzle do not just look good though their taste is also outstanding. As "Käsknöpfle" refined with grated cheese and fried onions or as a delicate side dish for a gently roast fillet of venison, our Egg Pasta Spätzle are always a great pleasure.


Pan

Heat some butter in a pan, add the frozen pasta and leave for approx. 3 - 5 minutes. Toss several times.

Cooking pot

Add frozen pasta to boiling salted water, bring water just to boiling point (do not let it boil) and let it simmer for approx. 3 - 5 minutes.

Combisteamer (steam)

Fill 1 kg frozen pasta into each perforated dish, add some butter (fat/oil) to the pasta and mix it well. Heat the combi - steamer to approx. 95 °C and allow the pasta to steam for approx. 8 minutes (portion of 250 g about approx. 3 minutes). Do not refreeze after thawing!
