11er Cone Croquettes

The crispy potato croquettes are a delight with their unusual look and simply taste exceedingly good! Their simple and fast preparation in combi-steamer or deep-fat fryer make 11er Cone Croquettes an ideal side dish for every chef de cuisine. Perfect with fish dishes the croquettes are a delight with their fine touch of nutmeg and extra crispiness.
Combisteamer
Preheat the combi-steamer to 180 °C. Bake the frozen croquettes for approx. 14 minutes until golden yellow. Turn over half way through.
Deep fryer
Place the frozen croquettes in preheated frying fat/oil (175 °C) and fry for approx. 3 - 4 minutes until golden yellow (only half fill the frying basket, do not overfill it). Tip: remove excess fat with kitchen paper. Do not refreeze after thawing!
