    11er Potato Croquettes

    breaded, not prebaked - deep frozen

    The classic potato croquette; finely breaded and with a unique flavour! Easy and quick to prepare in the deep-fat fryer our 11er Potato Croquettes are a wonderful golden-yellow fried colour. First class potato purée combined with a delicious breaded coating – simply a pleasure!

    Deep fryer

    Place the croquettes in preheated frying fat/oil (175 °C) and fry for 1 minute. Remove the basket and let the fat/oil heat up to 175 °C again. Place the basket back into the oil and fry for another 2 - 3 minutes until golden brown, shake repeatedly while frying. Attention! The croquettes could fall apart at temperature below 160 °C. Do not refreeze after thawing! Heat thoroughly before consumption!


    Preheat the combi-steamer to 180 °C. Place one layer of the frozen croquettes onto a baking tray and bake for approx. 11 - 13 minutes until golden yellow. Turn over half way through.

    Air fryer

    Preheat the hot air fryer to 200 °C. Bake the frozen croquettes for approx. 8 - 12 minutes until golden yellow. Shake the chip basket occasionally! Do not refreeze after thawing!
