The classic potato croquette; finely breaded and with a unique flavour! Easy and quick to prepare in the deep-fat fryer our 11er Potato Croquettes are a wonderful golden-yellow fried colour. First class potato purée combined with a delicious breaded coating – simply a pleasure!

Place the croquettes in preheated frying fat/oil (180 °C) and fry for 1 minute. Remove the basket and let the fat/oil heat up to 180 °C again. Place the basket back into the oil and fry for another 2 - 3 minutes until golden brown, shake repeatedly while frying. Attention! The croquettes could fall apart at temperature below 160 °C.
