So tiny and yet still a Rosti Boat! The 11er Mini Rosti Boats are ideal for an "amuse-gueule". They make it easy for every chef de cuisine to excel. With creativity and in a few simple steps the crispy golden-yellow 11er Mini Rosti Boat is the perfect starter on every menu.
Combisteamer
Preheat the combi-steamer to 180 °C. Cook the frozen rosti boats for approx. 13 - 16 minutes until golden yellow.
Deep fryer
Place the frozen rosti boats in preheated frying fat /oil (170 - 175°C) and fry for approx. 3-5 minutes until golden yellow (only half fill the frying basket, do not overfill it). Tip: remove excess fat with kitchen paper. Once they have been cooked, the rost boats can be filled either hot or cold. Do not refreeze after thawing!
