11er Rosti Potatoes
grated potato, prebaked in sunflower oil - deep frozen
No more unnecessary cooking, peeling, grating or browning! Let your imagination run free with our finely grated 11er Rösti potatoes and conjure up a delicious pan-fried dish, crispy Rösti cakes or simply enjoy the 11er Rösti potatoes on their own with a fried egg.
Pan
Bale the frozen rosti over a medium heat for approx. 8 - 10 minutes (without adding fat) until golden yellow (turn over several times).
Combisteamer
Preheat the combi-steamer to 180°C. Place one layer of the frozen rosti (approx. 750 g) onto a baking tray and bake for approx. 8 minutes until golden yellow.
Oven
Place the frozen rosti (approx. 500 g) onto a baking tray and bake for approx. 10 - 15 minutes in a convection oven at 180°C until golden yellow (turn over several times). We recommend the use of baking paper.
Microwave
Heat up 1 portion (approx. 200 g) on a plate or soup bowl at 850 W for approx. 3 to 4 minutes. Do not refreeze after thawing!
