11er Rosti
not prebaked - deep frozen
Only a potato rosti but still so versatile. Fresh potatoes are grated and shaped into a delicious rosti but not prebaked. This leaves the professional chef de cuisine with all possibilities open for further processing. Whether pan-fried and crispy, served with bacon and fried egg or chopped and turned into a delicious Tyrolean hash with beef – 11er Rosti is always a success.
Pan
Heat a little oil or fat in a frying pan. Fry the frozen rosti in the frying pan on a low to medium heat for approx. 6 minutes until golden brown.
Deep fryer
Place the frozen rösti in pre-heated frying fat /oil (170 °C) and fry for approx. 4 - 6 minutes until golden brown. Note! Fill deep fryer with one layer at a time only.
