11er Small Rosti, slightly prebaked

slightly prebaked in sunflower oil - deep frozen

Small, golden yellow and versatile. The prebaked 11er Small Rosti satisfy with their crispiness and the unique flavour of local potatoes. As side dish irrespective of whether with meat or other delicious dishes this Rosti speciality is a successful variation on any menu.


Preheat the combi-steamer to 180°C. Cook the frozen rosti for approx. 15-18 minutes until golden yellow. Turn over half way through.


Heat a little oil or fat in a frying pan or on a griddle. Bake the frozen rosti over low to medium heat for approx. 5-6 minutes until golden yellow (turn over several times). Do not refreeze after thawing!
