11er Rosti Boats

The small boats formed from grated potato are easily prepared in the combi steamer or otherwise simply in the deep-fat fryer and garnished however you wish. Whether with a warm filling of delicate ragout or cold filling with crème fraîche – 11er Small Rosti Boats are always an "eye-catcher".


Preheat the combi-steamer to 180 °C. Cook the frozen rosti boats for approx. 13 - 15 minutes until golden yellow.

Deep fryer

Place the frozen rosti boats in preheated frying fat /oil (170 - 175°C) and fry for approx. 3 - 4 minutes until golden yellow. Tip: remove excess fat with kitchen paper. Once they have been cooled, the rosti boats can be filled either hot or cold. Do not refreeze after thawing!
