    11er Mini Potato Donuts


    prebaked in sunflower oil, deep frozen

    Small, round and extremely versatile, that’s the new Mini Donuts from 11er. The Mini Donuts are shaped from delicious potato dough and are not only a perfect finger food snack together with some savoury dips. They also get every gourmet’s heart beating faster as a sweet dessert. Lightly dusted with cinnamon and sugar, our Mini Donuts are a welcome alternative to yeast dumplings filled with plum jam and apple strudel.


    Combisteamer

    Preheat the combi-steamer to 180 °C. Place the frozen Potato Donuts in a single layer on a baking tray and bake for approx. 6 - 8 minutes until golden yellow. Turn over half way through.

    Oven

    Spread the frozen Potato Donuts on a baking tray and bake for approx. 11 - 13 minutes in a convection oven at 180 °C (upper / lower heat: 200 °C approx. 12 - 14 minutes) until golden yellow. We recommend the use of baking paper.

    Deep fryer

    Place the frozen Potato Donuts in preheated frying fat / oil (170 - 175 °C) and fry for approx. 2,5 - 3 minutes until golden yellow (only half fill the frying basket, do not overfill it). Tip: remove excess fat with kitchen paper.

    Air fryer

    Preheat the hot air fryer to 200 °C. Spread the deep-frozen Potato Donuts in a single layer in the basket and bake for approx. 6 - 8 minutes until golden yellow. Shake the chip basket occasionally! Do not refreeze after thawing!
