Delicious 11er Red Cabbage refined with apple - a real pleasure and not just in the autumn. The bold red colour and slightly sweet flavour make 11er Red Cabbage to an indispensable accompaniment to goose at Martinmas. The fine vegetable is rich in nutrients and low in calories.

Heat the desired quantity of red cabbage with some water in a saucepan stirring it frequently. Bring to the boil and serve hot.
Preheat the combi-steamer to 100 °C steam, place the contents of the bag in a bain-marie dish, cover with cling film (to reduce water absorption) and cook for approx. 30 - 35 minutes, then cook for further approx. 13 minutes uncovered.
For one portion heat approx. 150 g red cabbage pellets for 6 minutes at 600 watt. Stir after half the cooking time is over. Do not refreeze after thawing!
