Preparation

Prepare the 11er "Crispy Rosti, homemade style" according to instructions.

Wash the courgette and slice thinly lengthways. Season with salt and pepper and fry in a pan on both sides with a little olive oil.

Mix the sour cream with the pressed clove of garlic, salt and pepper.
