Prepare the 11er "Crispy Rosti, homemade style" according to instructions.

For the spinach, chop the garlic and add to a saucepan with a little oil. Then add the spinach and stir well. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

Tip from 11er
If using fresh spinach, blanch before using. Bring a pot of water to the boil, add the spinach and boil for 1 minute. Then drain and refresh with ice water.
