11er "Unsere Besten" Chips with grilled chicken breast, tomato and caper sauce

Chop the onion and garlic.
Heat the olive oil in a pan. Add the chopped onion and garlic and sweat until golden in colour.
Add the white wine and peeled tomatoes. Season with salt, pepper and sugar and reduce to a thick sauce.
Just before the cooking time has finished add the capers to the sauce and finish with a glug of olive oil.
Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper and rosemary and cook in a frying pan or on the barbecue.
Prepare "Unsere Besten" Chips according to the instructions and arrange on plates with the grilled chicken breast and sauce. Garnish with cress and serve.
Tip from 11er
Simply replace the chicken breast with halloumi-style cheese or tofu to create a vegetarian version.
