11er "Unsere Besten" French fries with traditional Wiener schnitzel
20 minutes
medium

Season the meat with salt and pepper.
Break the eggs into a deep plate and beat with a fork. Put the flour into another similar plate and the breadcrumbs into a third.
Coat each schnitzel first in flour on both sides, then in egg and then in the breadcrumbs.
Now heat the clarified butter in a suitable frying pan and fry the schnitzel pieces over a medium heat until golden brown on both sides. Shake the pan from time to time to create a subtle wave pattern in the coating.
While the meat is cooking, prepare "Unsere Besten" Chips according to instructions.
Wash the lemon and tomato and slice.
When the schnitzel are cooked, remove from the fat and pat dry with kitchen paper.
Then arrange the schnitzel on plates with the chips and garnish with the tomatoes, lemon slices and parsley.
Tip from 11er
If you don't have clarified butter you can use vegetable oil, just add a little cream to the eggs.
