11er 11 Minute Chips French fries with juicy burger

Preparation

  1. Season the minced beef with salt and pepper and shape into 2 meat patties of approx. 200 g each.
  2. Heat a little oil in a frying pan and sear the meat on both sides. Cook through over a medium heat for approx. 10 - 15 minutes, flatten a little with a spatula if required.
  3. Approx. 2 minutes from the end of the cooking time lay a cheese slice on top of each burger and allow to melt slightly.
  4. While the meat is cooking, prepare the "11 Minute Chips" according to instructions.
  5. Wash the salad leaves, cut the onion in rings and the tomato in slices.
  6. Slice the burger rolls in two and toast lightly in a frying pan with a little olive oil or butter.
  7. Assemble the burgers with garnish to taste and serve with the "11 Minute Chips".
