11er Crispy Croquettes | in a spinach-feta casserole

Preparation

  1. Wash the spinach, dice the onion and garlic finely and cut the feta into larger pieces.
  2. Sauté the onion and garlic until glassy in a pan. Then add the spinach, steam briefly and add the cream.
  3. Season everything to taste with salt, pepper and a little nutmeg.
  4. Line the base of a casserole with deep-frozen 11er Crispy Croquettes and then cover these with the spinach and feta.
  5. Break an egg over the casserole.
  6. Decorate the dish with 11er Crispy Croquettes.
  7. Then sprinkle a little cheese over everything.
  8. Bake in a 180°C oven for approx. 10 minutes.
  9. Serve and enjoy!

  • Parmesan or Emmental cheese

  • 11er Crispy Croquettes

  • Salt, pepper, nutmeg

  • Cream
