Autumn lamb‘s lettuce with crispy Rösti mountain cheese bites and grilled pumpkin
Preparation
- Autumn lamb’s lettuce: Wash the lamb’s lettuce and leave to drain. Marinate the pumpkin slices with salt, pepper, olive oil and honey, then grill on both sides.
- Rösti mountain cheese bites: Prepare the 11er Rösti-Cheese- Snacks filled with mountain cheese and bacon in the oven for approx. 1 minute less than stated in the instructions on the package. Melt the butter in a pan with the garlic and rosemary. Remove the Rösti mountain cheese bites from the oven and toss carefully in the rosemary butter.
- Balsamic pumpkin seed oil dressing: Mix all the ingredients together to make a marinade.
- Serving suggestion: Marinate the lamb‘s lettuce and grapes with the balsamic seed oil dressing and arrange in salad bowls. Arrange the grilled pumpkin slices, Rösti mountain cheese bites and cherry tomatoes on top of the salad.
