Jacket potatoes with smoked Scamorza cheese and rosemary
Preparation
- Cover the base of a baking dish with the coarse salt. Spread the washed potatoes on top and bake at 180 °C in the oven (hot air) for approx. 45 minutes. Mix the Scamorza with the rosemary. Cut a wedge out of the top side of the potatoes and fill with the cheese mixture. Return the potatoes to the oven until the cheese has melted and taken on colour. Garnish with pepper and sprigs of rosemary before serving.

60 g coarse salt
200 g Scamorza cheese, smoked, finely grated
2 - 3 sprigs of rosemary, finely chopped -
As garnishing:
4 sprigs of rosemary Ground pepper
