Poutine with bacon and pepper sauce
Preparation
- Pepper sauce: Melt the butter in a pan and sauté the pepper and garlic in it. Quench with cognac and reduce everything a little. Add the gravy, the sprig of thyme and simmer everything to a creamy consistency. Season to taste with salt.
- Poutine: Fry the bacon slices until crispy. Prepare the 11er Prinzess Fries according to the instructions on the package, season with salt and arrange in a small pan. Break the bacon slices into pieces and spread generously over the fries together with the cheese curds. Pour the pepper sauce over the poutine and garnish with the parsley.
