Rösti club sandwich with rocket and spring flowers
Preparation
- Cream cheese spread: Mix the cream cheese, Parmesan and garlic together and season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Rösti club sandwich: Prepare the Rösti according to the instructions on the package or in a contact grill. Spread one side of each Rösti with the cream cheese spread. Top the four Rösti as bottoms in turn with iceberg lettuce, ham, cheese, tomato slice, another Rösti, iceberg lettuce, chicken breast slices and eggs. Then place the bacon on top and finish with a Rösti as a cover. Secure the sandwich with 2 or 4 wooden skewers.
- SERVING SUGGESTION To serve, cut the club sandwich in half or quarters with a knife. Marinate the rocket with vinegar, oil, salt and pepper, arrange on plates and garnish with the flowers.

500 g cream cheese
30 g Parmesan, grated
1 clove of garlic, finely chopped

Rösti club sandwich:
12 11er Rösti homemade style
1 - 2 chicken breasts, fried, cut into slices
4 slices of ham
4 slices of cheese
4 slices of tomato
4 eggs, fried on both sides
8 slices of bacon, fried until crispy
8 leaves of iceberg lettuce -
Rocket and spring flowers:
4 handfuls of rocket
8 edible flowers
Vinegar, oil
Salt, pepper
