Rösti tarte flambée
Preparation
- Prepare the 11er Pan Rösti homemade style in a contact grill or in the oven. Mix the crème fraîche with the salt, pepper and garlic and spread over the finished rösti, leaving the edges free. Sprinkle over the Gruyère cheese. Spread the bacon, spring onions and pine nuts evenly over the crème fraîche and bake briefly in the oven at 180 - 200 °C (top heat).

80 g Gruyère cheese, grated
4 slices of bacon, cut into strips
4 spring onions, finely sliced
4 tbsp pine nuts
