11er Rösti-ABC with frankfurter sausages, peas and carrots
Preparation
- Prepare the 11er "Rosti-ABC" according to instructions.
- While they are cooking, peel and slice the carrots and boil in salted water until al dente. Remove from the water with a slotted spoon.
- Bring the peas briefly to the boil in the same water, drain then toss in a pan together with the carrots and a little butter, season to taste.
- Cut the sausages in half, cut a small cross into each end and fry in a pan with a little oil.
- Arrange all the ingredients on plates and serve with ketchup.
