Preparation
Cooking pot
Place the potato noodles into boiling water, briefly heat up and then drain well. Then add to a frying pan with hot butter or margarine (approx. 2 tablespoons) and toss until golden brown.
Pan
Preparation without precooking: Place the frozen potato noodles into a frying pan with hot butter or margarine and toss for about 5 minutes until golden brown. Do not refreeze after thawing!
